ESTATE LIQUIDATION AND HOME STAGING

One of the circumstances that Key Associates can help with is liquidating an estate.  For this client, we were asked to sell almost everything for the estate.  We were then asked to stage the home, prior to its sale, on a very tight budget.

Through the assistance of Key Associates, the estate was able to quickly liquidate the assets within the home, making the home much easier to show and to sell once the excess items had been removed.

Key Associates prides itself on working with local agencies and initiatives in a continuing effort to support older adults in our area.  We co-sponsored the Smart & Healthy Retirement Conference at BRCC last year, we were active in the formation of Aging Projects, Inc., and we have even received recognition from Land-of-Sky Regional Council's Area Agency on Aging as being a Caregiver Friendly Organization.

What are some of the advantages of hiring a professional home stager?  Especially in this current real estate market, the competition is fierce.  With so many homes for sale, it is extremely beneficial for a seller to set their home apart from others on the market.  Staging a home for sale used to be as simple as cleaning up, but now, hiring a professional home stager has proven to sell a home more swiftly and for more money.  Take a look at these "Before" and "After" pictures from one of Key Associates' staging projects, and see for yourself an example of our team's amazing skills.  This particular home was located in the upscale Kenmure neighborhood in Flat Rock, NC.  It had been on the market for nearly 1 1/2 years before the owners decided to inlist the professional help of Key Associates.  Once the staging was complete, the home sold within 5 weeks.
