It's that time of year in the real estate market where buyers are anxious to get settled in a new home before schools start back, and sellers are in the final push to make the sale.  Most schools typically start back around the end of August, and this month also signifies that summer is coming to an end.  It's a perfect time to make that final push on your home that is for sale, and to look at opportunities to get a leg up on competing properties.
